The challenge

Each format had a different stakeholder, purpose, and degree of formality, while all five pieces still needed to sound like one organisation and remain factually grounded.

Approach

I researched public information about Meituan and the relevant programmes before defining the audience and purpose of each piece.

I built the press kit around the Qingshan Technology Award, wrote a feature on the Village Children’s Playground programme, and developed a corporate video script around women riders.

I then adapted the same organisational voice for three social posts and a university keynote, while designing the portfolio as a client-standard presentation.
